There are many terms for this including a spinal manipulation with interchanging of terms but in general a spinal adjustment relieves pressure on joints, reduces inflammation, and improves nerve function. There are a many ways that an adjustment can be performed all over the body at different levels of force. Dr. Nick can cater this to your specific needs. The intention is to restore or enhance joint function resulting in reducing pain and resolving joint inflammation.
Adjustments are a great way to keep the body performing at an optimal level, not just when you are in pain. If is a great tool for overall maintenance to prevent an injury from happening.

Laser Therapy uses powerful infrared lasers (Class IV) to deliver energy deep into tissues for pain relief, to reduce inflammation and to accelerate healing in musculoskeletal conditions like arthritis, tendonitis, back pain and sprains. By promoting circulation, muscle relaxation, and cellular repair, often providing better outcomes than conventional therapy.

Not everyone likes or needs a traditional adjustment with force. Some of us can’t stand the thought of our neck being twisted. This is where Activator Technique and the ProForce adjuster come into play. Activator is a small instrument tool that is placed specifically on a bone to aid in moving it back into position. This method involves a system of analysis to find restricted joints, followed by precise taps from the device, which is FDA-registered and known for being a gentle, controlled alternative to manual manipulation, though effectiveness varies and research continues. ProForce Adjuster uses the similar low force approach but is done with an oscillating, wood pecker like motion to correct the subluxation. Both are low force but big impact when it comes to pain relief.

Vertigo is typically a feeling of spinning when you are not moving. Other common descriptions include tilting, bobbing, and floating. There are many causes of vertigo, including problems of the inner ear balance sensors. The most common inner ear cause of vertigo is Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV).

The Epley maneuver, performed by the doctor, is a series of head movements to relieve symptoms of vertigo. Dr. Nick is extensively trained on this maneuver with many positive outcomes.
